For first time washing, please rinse with water before use.
Select gentle machine washing mode.
Machine wash cold, only non-chlorine bleach when needed, hang dry, cool iron on the reverse side or dry clean.
Washed inside out and set on a gentle machine cycle in cold water.
To avoid any form of fading, machine drying is not recommended.

How do you ship?

Customer satisfaction is the most important so we will work with the best shipping partners. However, the shipping partners may not be fixed as well as the shipping time may be changed.

Usually there are 2 main shipping methods we use:

Sometimes, with some shoe models, Express Shipping method of shipping partners will not be available. We will send you an email to notify about it.
In addition, there are some areas with limited delivery, we will update these areas soon so you can know if you are in that area or not.

How long will it take to receive my order?

The products will be produced after your order is paid. This process on average for all products will take 5 - 12 business days. Some products may take longer or faster.
As soon as the product is finished manufacturing, we will quickly take it to the shipping partners to get it to you soon. The average shipping time will be 8 - 12 business days for express shipping and 12 - 20 business days for standard shipping with all products. This process will depend on the carrier.

Our business days are Monday through Saturday.
Specific production and delivery times for each product will be provided by us in the description of that product.
We work hard to get packages to you as quickly as possible. During special sales, Scrap Sack Sales, Black Friday weekend or other holiday sales packages may be delayed by a few days.

How will I know my order has been shipped?

You will receive an email notification to let you know your package is on its way, accompanied with it is a shipping tracking code. You can use it to check the current position of the order.

Late Deliveries

Our shipping partners will try their best to ensure you receive your order on time, however occasional delays do occur. Drmengele cannot be held responsible for delays caused by unforeseen or uncontrollable events such as:

Missing apartment, building, floor, or unit number
Severe weather conditions
International customs procedures

What are your clothes made with?

You will find the ingredients for each item listed with the description of the item. We use fabrics that are durable, beautiful, comfortable to wear and easy to clean.

What are my shipping options?

Usually there are 2 main shipping methods with flat shipping rate we use:

Standard Shipping: $7.75 for first item and $4.75 for additional item - average shipping time will be 12 - 20 business days

All orders over $199.95 (after any coupons or discounts are applied) receive free shipping!

Please note (if you are a maker ordering tools) that extruder discs are the only items that don't qualify for free shipping.

I have a coupon, but I'm not sure where or how to use it.

Coupons can be applied in your SHOPPING CART. Scroll past the items in your cart and below that you'll see a place to select: coupon code or reward/loyalty points. Select "coupon code" and then enter your code. Proceed through checkout and the discount will apply.

Where can I track my order with a tracking code?

We encourage you to use the official website of your shipping partners, or you can also visit 17track's system. When your order has tracking codes, we'll provide them to you with the shipping partner's name.. Enter your order's shipping tracking code and see where it is now.

I want to make everything with the images I have, can you?

Sure, send me that illustration, we'll make it a reality. Products will be made to your liking and no worries when you don't like them. They will make you happy.

Will paying for my order expose my account information?

The answer is no, we use Paypal as our main payment method. This means that Paypal will help us transact with you. We can't get any information from Paypal, don't worry about it.
